If you have recently placed an order and need to make changes after clicking "Place Order," please call our office before 4:00PM (PST) to speak with one of our helpful team members at (707) 745-3557. Once your order is processing or shipped, it can no longer be modified or canceled.

• If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return products to our warehouse for a full refund of the purchase price.
•  Products ordered or shipped in error must be returned within 30 days of receipt in Saleable condition. 
•  Defective Products may be returned within 90 days of receipt.
•  All returned products are subject to manufacturer’s warranty and return policies.  
•  Refunds are processed in the form of a credit memo applied to the customers S&S Pet Account. You can expect a refund within 14 days after we have received your returned product.
